Digital Product and Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All guides, workbooks and printable templates sold by Nonkululeko Zondi, trading as NkuliMadeSimple ("we", "us"), are digital products, delivered electronically through our checkout provider, Etsy. No physical item is shipped.

2. Access to Your Purchase

After completing checkout, you will receive access to your digital download via the method provided by Etsy. Please check your order confirmation email, including your spam or junk folder, if you do not see it.

3. Refunds

As instant-download digital products, our listings are set on Etsy to not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once purchased. This reflects our standard approach to instant-download items and does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If you experience a problem with your purchase, such as a faulty file or a duplicate order, please email us at thebalancedhousemanager@gmail.com with your order details, or contact us through Etsy Messages, and we will do our best to help.
